Returns and Cancellations Policy (Effective For Orders Placed After 05/06/2024)

Returns Policy:

Apex Gaming PCs is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a 30 day, free, no questions asked returns period for all computers that arrive damaged, or dead on arrival that cannot be remotely fixed by Apex Gaming PCs staff. Apex Gaming PCs may also provide all customers who receive their PCs dead on arrival, or with significant issues, with a replacement PC shipped within 72 hours based on part and model availability. 

PCs returned with the issues listed above within 30 days are eligible for a full refund or for a free replacement within 72 hours. Computers and peripherals must be returned in the same functioning condition they were delivered in to be eligible. 

PCs returned for any other reason reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and all related shipping expenses, will not be refunded. 

Exclusions from Standard Return Policy:

Certain products are ineligible for return under our standard policy, including but not limited to:

  • Custom loop PCs
  • PCs shipped with non-standard parts requested by the customer
  • PCs with custom modifications made by the customer
  • PCs with custom decals or paint
  • PCs requested for return more than 14 days after delivery

Return To Sender or High Fraud Systems

If a PC is returned to Apex Gaming PCs after shipment, we will notify you that we have received the PC back and will request additional information. If a reply is not provided within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. 

If a PC order is marked by our payment processor as having a "high risk of fraud," Apex Gaming PCs will request additional information before shipping the order. If a reply is not provided within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Our order processing times range from 3-10 business days depending on the parts and complexity of your system (water loops may take up to 15 business days), excluding Same Day Ship (SDS) and Rush Builds. All sales are considered final and "as is" following these guidelines:

  • Cancellations are not permitted after an order reaches the "Inventory Allocated" stage on our Order Status portal. Once an order is placed, an Inventory ticket is immediately printed, and your PC will begin its production process once the and will ship in as little as 3 days. To know if your PC is in the "Inventory Allocated" stage, use our Order Status portal and note which box has the dashed red line around it. That is your orders current stage.
  • Orders exceeding 10 business days from the order date or beyond the specified lead time for SDS/Rush Builds (same day, or next day shipment based on the time the order was placed) may be canceled for a full refund (PC, taxes, and shipping) at any time past the expected shipment date by contacting Support@ApexGamingPCs.com
  • Orders pending payments for changes related to the PC, and delayed due to non-payment, cannot be canceled regardless of the time since the order was placed. Apex Gaming PCs will not ship any PC without complete payment.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • If an order is placed after 12pm CST, the first business day towards the orders lead time is the following business day. 

All conditions and terms of our returns and cancellations policy are communicated in the order confirmation email, ensuring transparency and understanding with our valued customers.
